Night in the forest – hiking adventures between dusk and dawn.

At night all trees are gray. I often walk to my shoots in the morning or in the evening in the darkness. Over the years I learned to appreciate these tours through the nocturnal forests more and more. Because in contrast to photography – where the view with the eye is crucial – other sensory perceptions play the most important role in the nocturnal forest. “Nights in the Woods” is my first book with a focus on text. In addition to the best nocturnal adventures and stories, there is also information on topics such as light pollution and the peculiarities of nocturnal flora and fauna. But of course there are also some atmospheric photographs in the book, through which texts of the compact book also become visually tangible.
